Necessary materials:
500 g minced beef (beef or chicken, use your choice)
1 shallot, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon tomato ketchup
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method of making:

First, place the minced beef, chopped onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, garam masala, salt and pepper in a large bowl and mix well.

Now make this mixture into a loaf shape by giving it a round shape with your hands.
Grease the baking tray with a little oil and place the meatloaf on it.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40-45 minutes.

Keep applying a little oil to the meatloaf in between so it doesn’t dry out.

Remove the meatloaf from the oven when golden brown and cooked.

If you want, you can put tomato ketchup or another sauce of your choice on top of the meatloaf.
Slice the hot meatloaf and serve.

Suggestions:

You can also add vegetables of your choice such as chopped carrots, peas or bell peppers to the meatloaf.
To make the meatloaf even tastier, you can place slices of bacon on top of it before baking. If you don’t have an oven, you can also cook meatloaf in a skillet. For this, heat a little oil in a pan and cook the meatloaf on both sides until golden brown.

You can also serve mashed potatoes, boiled vegetables or salad with meatloaf.
